Bluebird is honored to have Phyllis Potter on staff as our retreat director. Phyllis joins Bluebird with a very personal passion to serve after fighting her own battle and at the same time walking along side a very close family member on her journey. Phyllis became introduced to Bluebird through her work with the Zeeland Fire and Rescue and their ‘Shields of Hope’ organization that partners with Bluebird to serve survivors in our community. She is currently working for North Ottawa Women’s Health along with studying for her bachelors degree from WMU in interdisciplinary Health and Human Services. Phyllis is the proud mother of 3 wonderful children Erica, Evan, Jake, and she is happily married to her supportive husband Jeff! We are blessed to have the whole Potter family involved with the gift of Bluebird.
